PLASTOTURF, a division of J B Ent. (Pty) Ltd (est. 1969), specialises in the supply, as well as installation, of synthetic sport turf for a multitude of sport disciplines.
Harry Greenberg, director, has 35 years of sport court construction experience, and, through his long association with Grass Manufactures of Australia - was invited by them to distribute, inter alia, their Classic Clay synthetic Clay court kit throughout the Southern African region.
Harry originally traveled to Australia to meet Gary and Meredith Waterford – Classic Clay manufacturer – in order to familiarise himself with their manufacturing and construction techniques.
He later traveled to France, where many Classic Clay courts have been laid, and noted, with pleasant surprise, the comments made by Parisian club members, that they preferred their Classic Clay surfaces, to the real thing!
With 5 Classic Clay courts now successfully completed in South Africa, Harry aims to vigorously continue to promote this incredible product throughout the Southern Africa.
